1960 Fender Jazzmaster Pre-CBS Slab Board Vintage Offset Guitar Blonde Ash w/ Case
Extremely well-balanced on a strap and acoustically lively at 8lbs 5oz, the ash body adds a distinctive tonal color to this Jazzmaster, with a sonic authority, midrange detail and overall breadth that translates faithfully through the original black bobbin pickup pair. The bridge pickup is focused-yet-full, with a rich upper midrange growl and classic treble sparkle. The neck pickup has plenty of muscle and breadth, with a bell-like cut, dense harmonics and even more warmth on tap with the Rhythm Circuit engaged. This Jazzmaster benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar, where we specialize in Fender Offset instruments, with 11-49 strings, low action and accurate intonation.
