1979 Fender Stratocaster Hardtail Vintage Guitar Natural w/ Case, Featherweight
Exceptionally lightweight at only 7lbs, this Strat offers great natural midrange and a lively, broad frequency cut, with the added sustain and overall stability of the hardtail bridge. The flat pole alnico magnet pickups are notably jangly and sparkling, particularly at the bridge and the “in-between” settings on the five-way switch, which yield a slinky quack and cut. The neck pickup has a fuller bark and a smooth treble response. This Stratocaster Hardtail has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
