A rare boutique Japanese Jazz Bass crafted by PGM under the Moon brand, this Woody Series instrument is one of the highest tiered models available from Moon with a solid walnut body, slab ebony fretboard, active EMG pickups, and gold hardware throughout including a heavy duty brass bridge and nut.
Weighing 10lbs 10oz, this bass dishes out tons of natural sustain, with ample low end and glassy treble grind. EMG’s J Set pickup design has a very low ratio of resistance to inductance, which increases the low end response, while the radiused ceramic bar magnet ensures a tight midrange with dynamic high end response.
