Up for sale, a 2002 Fender Jazz Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model JB62-58/MH in showroom clean condition and in perfect working order. This uncommon, non-catalog “Crafted in Japan” Jazz Bass features a gloss Candy Apple Red finish with matching headstock, upgraded with a Leo Quann Badass Bass II bridge.
Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this bass weighs 10lbs 1oz. Plugged in, the pair of single coil pickups deliver a touch of aggressive growl, ample midrange presence and burp, and low end authority. This JB62-58/MH has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.
