Up for sale, a 2013 Fender Precision Bass ‘57 vintage reissue model PB57-US in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This upscale “Made in Japan” P Bass platform was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and is uncommon outside of its country of origin, with vintage-accurate features including spiral (threaded) bridge saddles, full-size tuners, and a USA-made split-coil pickup.
Weighing 8lbs 12oz, the tonewoods include an alder body and a one-piece maple neck. The USA-made split-coil pickup delivers the warmth, sweet treble articulation, and fundamental thump that define the Precision tone, particularly round and broad with the Tone knob rolled back.
