Dealer sourced and never privately owned, this Custom Shop ‘59 Special Stratocaster was produced as a Limited Edition dealer event exclusive model, featuring a nitro lacquer Aged Olympic White finish with Fender’s Journeyman Relic treatment, ‘59 Esquire “C” neck profile, and hand-wound Ancho Poblano single coil pickups.

Weighing 7lbs 11oz, this Strat features a two-piece alder body with a AAA flame maple neck and a AAA rosewood fingerboard boasting a 9.5” radius and 6100 Jumbo fretwire. The hand-wound Ancho Poblano single coil pickups are designed to pair vintage warmth and modern aggression for a “smokey” yet articulate response. This Limited Edition 1959 Special Stratocaster Journeyman Relic has been dialed in here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar beyond the factory setup with 10-46 strings, low action and accurate intonation.
