Up for sale, a 1976 Gibson ES-335 TDW in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. Acoustically big, barking, and bold, this ES-335 TD balances the immediacy and snap of maple and the tonal breadth of the thinline semi-hollow construction. The T Top pickups are a perfect compliment to the 335's construction and tonewoods: the bridge pickup is clear, defined, and plenty warm, with a notably sponginess and harmonic bloom. With both pickups engaged it's easy to dial in an ideal rhythm tone that has percussive cut and roundness, and with the neck pickup singled out, things fatten up nicely while retaining sweet treble articulation. Weighing 7lbs 13oz, this ES-335 TDW has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
