2001 Gibson ES-335 Dot Figured Cherry Semi-Hollow Guitar w/ 57 Classic PAFs, Hangtags & Case
2001 Gibson ES-335 Dot Figured Cherry Semi-Hollow Guitar w/ 57 Classic PAFs, Hangtags & Case
The semi-hollow maple body construction delivers treble detail and a certain tonal breadth and airiness, qualities translated faithfully via the '57 Classic PAF humbuckers. These pickups offer a smooth bass register, tailored midrange, and sweet, articulate trebles, consistent with Gibson's golden era vintage "Patent Applied For" pickups. The pickups have ample clarity and power, with a slightly hotter bridge pickup and a sweet, round neck position humbucker that has great bloom and complex harmonic content. This ES-335 Dot weighs 8lbs 8oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
Neck Specs:
-Wood: Mahogany
-Shape: Very sender '60s-style C, measuring .780” 1st fret, .895” 12th fret
-Fretboard: Rosewood, dot inlay
-Frets: Medium jumbo, no wear
-Scale Length: 24 3/4”
-Nut: 1 11/16”

The gloss Cherry nitro lacquer finish highlights the dimensional curly flame figuring in the maple, extending evenly across the top and back, and cosmetic wear is limited to a bit of shallow buckle worming central to the back and a few faint scratches on the body as a whole. The nitro gloss on the neck profile is flawless.
The original brown Gibson USA hardshell case is included, along with the hangtags.
