1989 Burny Super Grade RLG-60 ‘59 Model Burst w/ VH-1 Humbuckers, Japan Fernandes

Up for sale, a 1989 Burny Super Grade RLG-60 ‘59 Model in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. Produced under the umbrella of the Fernandes company in Japan, Burny has long been lauded for making some of the finest “lawsuit” LP instruments, with great adherence to vintage Gibson spec and premium fit and finish work.

Weighing 9lbs 13oz, traditional tonewoods include a mahogany body, carved two-piece maple top, one-piece mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fretboard. The VH-1 humbuckers are known for their nuance, clarity, and dynamic response, perfectly suited for bringing out the best in this RLG-60 with focused punch at the bridge and smooth breadth at the neck. This RLG-60 ‘59 Model has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
