Up for sale, a 2013 Fender Stratocaster Partscaster, pairing a Fender Classic ‘60s neck and a MJT (official Fender-licensed) body finished in Burgundy Mist nitro lacquer, complete with a hardshell case.
Outfitted with genuine Fender hardware and electronics, this Strat features the traditional tonewood combination of an alder body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fingerboard. The V-Mod single coil pickups were designed by legendary pickup guru Tim Shaw. Specifically voiced for each position, these single coils feature a mixed Alnico magnet (Alnico 2 and 5) design, delivering nuanced, detailed classic Strat tonalities. The bridge pickup is big and bold, while the neck has a smooth woody chop, and the “in-between” positions on the switch yield hollow quack. Additionally, the treble-bleed circuit on the Volume knob prevents a loss of high frequencies when rolling down the control.
