Up for sale, a 2011 Fender Stratocaster ‘62 vintage reissue model ST62-US in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, finished in custom color Fiesta Red and complete with hangtags. This “Made in Japan” Strat is a discontinued model, uncommon outside of its country of origin, featuring a trio of Fender’s American Vintage 57/62 pickups.
Designed to pay homage to the golden era Pre-CBS Strat, this Stratocaster has plenty of sparkle and spank on tap. The American Vintage 57/62 pickups match vintage spec with black fiber bobbins, staggered alnico magnets, and cloth-covered leads, offering a distinct sound in each pickup position on the five-way switch. This ST62-US weighs 7lbs 13oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
