Up for sale, a 2023 Fender Custom Shop ‘61 Stratocaster Heavy Relic in mint condition, complete with the hardshell case, CoA, hangtags, and case candy. Dealer sourced and never privately owned, this like-new Custom Shop 1961 Stratocaster Heavy Relic features a Custom ‘60-style Oval C neck profile, hand-wound Texas Special single coil pickups, and a gloss Super Faded/Aged Three-Tone Sunburst nitro lacquer finish with Fender’s Heavy Relic treatment.

Weighing 7lbs 8oz, this Stratocaster features a two-piece alder body and a quartersawn maple neck capped by a AAA slab rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 6105 Narrow Tall fretwire. The Texas Special is the pickup that redefined hot Texas blues tone. Fender’s Hand-Wound Custom Shop Texas Special Stratocaster pickups are overwound for increased output, and are made with alnico V magnets and enamel-coated magnet wire for great midrange bite with crystalline highs and tight bass.
